Physical Items

• Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item.

• Customer Responsibilities:

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The buyer is also responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

• Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Digital Items

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. These products are uniquely made for you and cannot be resold to others.
